Chris Randle is a youth athletic development specialist and founder of Achieve Dreams, blending real playing experience with technical coaching, film study, and mindset training. A former Division I team captain and a CFL Defensive Player of the Year nominee, Chris brings leadership and on‑field credibility to every session. He’s coached athletes from youth to professional levels, designing clear, intentional systems that make development simple, repeatable, and effective. Through speed training, position specific techniques, and online resources, Chris helps athletes build confidence, sharpen their craft, and prepare for the next level with structure they can trust.
